Do I have to reset my iPad
You must remove your iCloud account from the device otherwise there is no way for us to reset the device. We cannot issue payment if your iPad still has the iCloud account linked to it. Find out how to remove your iCloud account.

If you don't need them any more then please send them in for recycling. We'll boost the offer by £1 for each of your official Apple wall chargers!
